Online Orders:

How do I change or cancel my order?

We must be notified within 1 business day of the date your order was placed. Send us an email at info@pythair.com or call us at 1-866-833-3444 Mon.–Fri. 9am-5pm and we’ll be happy to help.

Do you offer price adjustments?

 We offer a one-time price adjustment within 14 days of your order date (applicable to pythair.com purchases only)

Will I be charged sales tax?

Tax is calculated based on the shipping address. PYTHair.com charges sales and use tax according to federal, state and local government guidelines.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet, we’re working on it! We apologize for any inconvenience in the meantime. Please note that we do not currently ship to to freight forwarding locations, hotels, PO Boxes, Military (AFO/FPO), or Puerto Rico.

What is your returns policy?

We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, let us know and we will work with you to make it right.

How long does it take to process a return?

Once the returned item is received, a refund will be issued in the original form of payment. Please allow several business days for the item to be verified and processed.

 

Where do I enter the promo code?

The promo code must be entered in the discount box at checkout to receive the current promotion or discount before placing the order. Only one promo code per order and can only be redeemed once per person. Promo codes cannot be added to an order after it has been placed. All promo codes are available for a limited time, while supplies last, cannot be use once expired, have no cash value or be applied to previous purchases.

Q- How do I register my hair tool?

We will require proof of purchase regardless of successful warranty registration so be sure to keep your receipt!

 

Q- What kind of warranty do I have?

  • All of our tools come with a complimentary one-year warranty. Our lifetime warranty can be purchased separately!

Q- Where can I purchase PYT products in person?

  • We’re working on a store locator to be added to our website soon! For now, please send your request along with your zip code to info@pythair.com and we’ll do our best to connect you with a local PYT retailer!

 

Q- Is my PYT tool a fake? It doesn’t look the same..

  • We have rebranded! PYT has a fresh new look and that includes a new signature font on our tools. The bold PYT name is now a cool cursive. If you’re still not sure, don’t worry, you can always send info@pythair.com an image of your tool and receipt to check authenticity.

 

Q- My plates broke, is that covered in my warranty?

  • PYT's warranties protect against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. A chip or crack in the plate/s is generally considered accidental damage or damage caused by normal wear and tear which is therefore not replaceable under warranty. Feel free to email us with any questions.

 

I bought it at a store:

Where can I return this? Can you send me my receipt, I lost it? Can I exchange this? My store is gone and I’m supposed to get free hairstyling/ free shampoo/ etc.

  • All physical retail locations are independent businesses, both from each other and from PYT. We don’t own or operate any physical retail location.

 

Retailers are authorized to sell our products, but they are not part of our company. As such, each retailer can implement their own return and exchange policies and offer any promotional gifts and services they choose. Unfortunately, these goods and services cannot be redeemed at any other retail location. We at PYT have no access to any stores order history or funds. Any requests regarding your purchase/exchanges/returns/services must be directed to your specific retailer.
